The National Student Ombudsman (NSO) is part of the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman (the Office).

We at the Office contribute to maintaining the integrity of Australian and ACT Government entities, serving the community by providing assurance that those entities, prescribed private sector organisations and higher education institutions we oversee act reasonably and treat people fairly.
